Dear Sir,

Re: P.A. No. 12/01352/C - Variation of condition 3 of approved after school facility (P.A. 12/00224/B) to allow occasional use between 8:00 a.m. adn6:15 p.m. Monday to Friday - Bonwick House, Lezayre Road, Ramsey for The Children's Centre

I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 17th October, 2012, and whilst they had no objection to the proposal, they made the following observation:-

- The Board originally submitted an observation that the application site is located on the junction of Lezayre Road and Bircham Avenue and therefore there is concern regarding the parking of vehicles whilst dropping off and picking up from the extended facility. The application should allow for vehicles to access and exit the site safely without the necessity to park on the adjacent roads.
