In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the Minister for Infrastructure, does hereby **APPROVE** planning application 12/01171/B by Mr Chris & Mrs Sue Watterson for Erection of an extension to front elevation at 1 Queens Court, Queens Road, Port St Mary, IM9 5EU, subject to the following conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of an extension to front elevation as shown on Drawing Numbers 01 Rev. P1, 02 Rev. P1 and 03 Rev. P1 date stamped as having been received on 21 August 2012.
