In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 4th September 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. **Date of Issue:** 6th September 2012 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the installation of a replacement bay window on front elevation, as shown in the 1:50 scale proposal drawing, 1:1000 scale Location Plan and 1:200 scale Site Plan, all received on the 30th July 2012.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
