In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given **EXPRESS CONSENT** to **Ramsey Park Hotel Ltd** for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 9th August 2012.

In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;

#### Erection of illuminated and non illuminated signage.

The site for positioning the advert is;

#### Ramsey Park Hotel Park Road Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 3AR

The conditions for such placement are;

1) The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2) This approval relates to the erection of illuminated free-standing signage to front elevation, erection of non-illuminated signage at eaves level on front elevation, and erection of non-illuminated signage at third floor level on south-facing side elevation, as shown in drawing no. 1544/06/05 and the drawings by the Northern Trust for Item 1 Option Biii, 2 Option A and 3 Option B, all received on 28th June 2012.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 6(2) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
