In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the alterations and extensions to Club House, Club House, Peel Road, Douglas as shown by 107/001, 107/002 and 107/003 all received 26th June 2012.

3. The external finishes of the extensions must match those of the existing building in all respects.

4. Within 1 month of the completion of the development hereby approved, the existing storage containers must be removed from the site.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
