### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This permission relates to the siting of a portakabin in association with the use of the synthetic pitch for a period of four years from the date of this decision. The building must be removed from the site following the expiration of that period and the land restored to its former condition.

2. This approval relates to the retention of portakabin to provide office/store/emergency base for synthetic pitch as proposed in the submitted documents which are date-stamped 29th May 2012.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
