This approval relates to the erection of a replacement outbuilding to provide ancillary office/store, Thie Gennal, Foxdale Road, St Johns, Patrick as shown by Location Plan, 09/0603//1 (excluding Site Plan and Location Plan) and 09/0603/3 received 30th April 2012. 3. The building must be used only for domestic storage and as a home office as shown by Drawing 09 0603/3. The building must be used only in a manner that is ancillary to the existing dwelling and must not be used as habitable accommodation. This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. --- ### Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
