In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of a replacement outbuilding to provide ancillary office/store, Thie Gennal, Foxdale Road, St Johns, Patrick as shown by Location Plan, 09/0603//1 (excluding Site Plan and Location Plan) and 09/0603/3 received 30th April 2012.

3. The building must be used only for domestic storage and as a home office as shown by Drawing 09 0603/3. The building must be used only in a manner that is ancillary to the existing dwelling and must not be used as habitable accommodation.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
