- CPS has no objection in principle to a small storage building, but note that it is detached from the main grouping.
- A public footpath linking Abbeylands to East Baldwin passes immediately adjacent to the southern boundary, against which it is proposed to site this building. This will hardly enhance the enjoyment of the footpath; indeed, is likely to be detrimental visually. Why does it have to be here and not closer to the existing group?

We have only a professional interest in the application and site.
