In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 9th July 2012, subject to compliance with the **conditions** specified below. **Date of Issue:** 11th July 2012 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.

2. This permission relates to the use of the site as shown in drawings reference 4376/S2, 4376/S1 and 4376/L1 all received on 3rd April, 2012 for the recycling of inert construction and demolition material

3. The use hereby approved may continue for as long as the quarry continues to be operated in accordance with a valid planning approval and unless and until the area for the recycling is required in association with an approved scheme of restoration.

4. There may be no burning of waste or any other material on site without the written permission of the Planning Authority.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
