The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. 2. This consent relates to the erection of illuminated signage as shown on Drawings AT1142.1 and AT1142.2 received on 16 March 2012. 3. The signage shall not be illuminated outside of the hours of 08.00hrs and 21.00hrs on weekdays (Monday to Friday inclusive) and not at any time on Saturdays and Sundays. 4. The signage hereby granted consent shall not be installed or erected until the existing external signage at 8-12 Main Road, Onchan, IM3 1AS has been removed. 5. The illumination of the proposed sign(s) shall not be of a flashing or intermittent type. 6. The luminance of the sign shall not exceed 76 candelas/m². 7. The illumination of each individual letter shall not exceed 52.5 lumen. 8. No sign or advertisement (illuminated and/or non-illuminated) other than that consented by this permission shall be erected/displayed at 8 – 12 Main Road, Onchan, IM3 1AS without the prior written consent of the Planning Authority.
