## Item For Delegated Consideration TO: Jennifer Chance, Development Control Manager FROM: Anthony Holmes, Senior Planning Officer DATE: 7th June 2012 Re: PA 12/00355/B – Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a replacement dwelling. Ashdowne House, Ballavale Road, Santon. The Development Control Manager is requested to consider submissions made in relation to condition no. 4 of the above approved planning application. Condition no. 4 states: "Prior to the construction of the dwelling further details of improved visibility to the access onto Ballavale Road from the application site shall be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority. Thereafter the visibility must be set out in accordance with the agreed scheme prior to the first occupation of the dwelling." The submission relating to the above condition comprises of a drawing (no. P901) showing improved visibility splays. Given that this drawing has been prepared in consultation with the Department of Infrastructure Highways Division it is concluded that it is acceptably meets the requirements of the condition.
