# Sun Shadow Evidence Report

### 01

## Evidence to Demonstrate the Direction of the Sun's Shadow

Photo below displays No.5 & No.3

Having drawn a shape with dimensions of the proposed west "wing" of the development, and using the sun positions on selected days and times, the direction of the shadow cast has been established. The examples below demonstrate that the sun's shadow does impact materially upon No.3 lying to the north of No.5.

### Example 1

Using the above co-ordinates, a date of 13th September, a roof height of 7.2m at 12.00 and 14.00 the shadow can be identified as falling toward No. 3 Majestic Drive
