In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given **EXPRESS CONSENT** to **CR IOM Ltd** for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 27th February 2012.

In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for:

#### Erection of illuminated signage (In association with 12/00069/CON).

The site for positioning the advert is:

#### 26 Victoria Street Douglas Isle of Man IM1 2LE

The conditions for such placement are:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the erection of illuminated signage, 26 Victoria Street, Douglas as shown by P1, PS2 and 2012/5 01 received 17th January 2012.

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
