## The Town And Country Planning Act 1999
### The Control Of Advertisements Regulations 2005

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given **EXPRESS CONSENT** to Hartford Homes Ltd for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 6th February 2012.

In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;

#### Erection of signage.

The site for positioning the advert is; **Royal Buildings Corner Of Main Road And 171 Royal Avenue Onchan Isle Of Man IM3 1LL** The conditions for such placement are;

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The temporary signage shall be removed from the application site on or before the 1st December 2013.
3. This permission relates to the erection of temporary signage as shown in drawings AT-01, AT-02, AT-03 and AT-04 received 6th January 2012.

This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.

The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
