In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 7th February 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of a building for maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment, storage, staff facilities and offices, to replace existing buildings as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 4360/L1, 4360/S1, 4360/S2 and 4360/P1 all received on 4th January 2012.

3. Within one month of the occupation of the approved building all existing buildings (store, office, generator room and canteen) shown on the approved plans as being removed, are to be removed from site.

4. For the avoidance of doubt no commercial maintenance of vehicles/equipment is to be carried out at this site. This approved building may only be used to serve the needs of the company's vehicles/equipment associated with the quarrying operation.

5. The elevational finishes of the building must be finished (cladding) and painted (render walls) in a natural grey/grey colour, whilst the roof finish must be a natural grey colour.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
