### Reason(S) For Refusal:

1. The proposed access would not provide adequate visibility in either direction onto the A3 which is a strategic route. As such the access would be prejudicial to highway safety contrary to Transport Policy 4 of the Strategic Plan.

This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Whichever is the later.
