After discussion the Planning Committee agreed with the recommendation and approved the application, but required the following informative note:-

N 1. For the avoidance of doubt no approval is hereby given for the cash machine as shown on drawing 6627ELE1B. As agreed in the minutes. Notwithstanding the details on the approved plans, no approval is hereby given for the installation of any cash machine at the site.
