The Department of Infrastructure Highways Division has the following comments on this application:

It appears from the plans that the only parking provision for this plot is a single garage with a shared access to plot 12. The previously approved application for this plot PA 08/00741/B provided 2 off street parking spaces.

It is recommended that the application be refused as it does not comply with the parking standard in the Isle of Man Strategic Plan in contravention of TP 7.
