### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows to front elevation, as shown in the 1:1250 Location Plan, the 1:500 Site Plan and the A4 photograph, all date stamped 22 July 2011.

This decision was made by the Development Control Manager in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
