## General Report There is a current valid approval for a cambar bungalow on the same site. This unit is slightly smaller in area, but with 2 bedrooms in the roof space. It will be no more conspicuous than the other proposal, and will probably blend in better with the background as it is to be clad in timber. ## Recommendations Approve - approval supercedes 83/702, other conditions as 83/706 R 11/12/86 How far away from existing swellings is this - poor site plans - no location plan.
