In accordance with paragraph 12(5)(a) and (b), a copy of the appointed person's report is enclosed.

On the 22nd September 2011, and after consultation, the Council of Ministers accepted the recommendation contained within that report and the application was approved subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the erection of four non-illuminated advertising signs as shown on drawings Location Plan, DESC 1008, 1009, 1010 and photographs received on 24th June 2011.
