This states:- "Development involving alternative sources of energy supply, including wind, water and tide power, and the use of solar panels, will be judged against the environmental objectives and policies set out this Plan. Installations involving wind, water and tide power will require the submission of an EIA." The proposed solar panels and alterations are all very minor proposals which are not apparent from public view. They would all be appropriate and in keeping with the existing property and would not significantly affect the character and appearance of the street scene or the surrounding in general. It is judged that the environmental improvements outweigh the visual impact caused by the proposed development.
