## Planning Report And Recommendations [Table omitted in markdown export] The planning application seeks planning approval for the extension of the dwelling, a driveway extension and the erection of a wall adjacent to the highway. The proposed extension to the dwelling is modest in size. It is in keeping with the character of the dwelling and does not unduly affect public amenity or private amenity. As such this element of the proposed development is concluded to accord with the provisions of Housing Policy 15. The proposed driveway extension and wall are considered to be relatively modest and unobjectionable.
