In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of two (2) years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the conversion of barns and erection of a single storey extension to enlarge dwelling, Middle Kerrowglass Farm, Peel Road, Kirk Michael as shown by drawings 01 Rev P1, 03 Rev P1 and 04 Rev P1 received 17th May 2011 and 02 Rev P3 received 1st September 2011 and Existing South West Elevation received 13th September 2011.

3. The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.

4. With the exception of the rear (south west) elevation of the existing barn, all existing stonework must be retained as such and must not be rendered, painted or similarly treated.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

Whichever is the later.
