### Reason(S) For Refusal:

1. The proposed extension to the opening hours would result in increased levels of noise, disturbance and criminal activity to the detriment of the amenity of the area.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
