In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18th April 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the alterations and extensions to dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings HLK/10/0325/1, HLK/10/0325/2, HLK/10/0325/3 and HLK/10/0325/4 all received on 24th February 2011 and HLK/10/0325/3A received on 22nd March 2011.

3. Prior to the commencement of any works to the existing dwelling, the side parking and turning area is required to be completed as proposed in plan HLK/10/0325/3A to enable two off road parking spaces are provided.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
