which was considered on the 5 November 1999, subject to the compliance with
the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule, numbered 1
to 2.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 99/1168

1. The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows which, in the front of the building, having softwood frames which slide up and down; these frames must be arch-headed to match the apertures where appropriate; the upper sashes should have horns.

NOTE: This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
