## Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to the conversion of barn to additional living accommodation and construction of link atrium to main dwelling (including regularisation of works already undertaken) as shown in drawings Location Plan, Site Plan, 01, 02, 03B, 04, 05, 06, 07 08, 09A and 18 received 16th February 2011.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
