Please find appended below the Commissioners’ observations regarding the following planning application:

**11/00035/B** Alterations and extensions to dwelling, extension to domestic curtilage to provide new vehicular access and driveway. The Gatehouse, Ballaleigh Road, Kirk Michael, Isle of Man, IM6 1HJ. Applicant: Mr Gary Griffin.

**OBJECTION**

The Commissioners would like to object on the grounds, that the site has been over developed and it appears that the over fifty percent rule is being broken.
