In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 6th April 2011, subject to compliance with the **conditions** specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to extensions to a school building as shown in drawing numbers P01 and P02 date stamped 23 December 2010. P03 A date stamped 3rd March 2011.

3. No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.

4. The pitched roof must be finished in dark natural slate.

5. No development shall be carried until a method statement, demonstrating how the bats within the building will be protected during the construction of the development, has been

submitted and approved by the Planning Authority and thereafter the development will be carried out in accordance with the approved method statement.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
