### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the conversion of the workshop to a dwelling as shown in drawings reference $265 / 1 / 1,265 / 1 / 3 \mathrm{~A}$ and $265 / 1 / 6$ all received on 23 rd December, 2010.
3. The cladding must be painted or stained dark brown within one month of having been erected on site and thereafter maintained in such a colour.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
