### The Site

The application site relates to 1 and 2 Reayrt Aalin, Peel, a pair of semi-detached dwellings situated at the beginning of the cul-de-sac.

### The Proposal

This application seeks approval for the blocking up of the existing kitchen doors of the properties which are located on each side elevation respectively. The wall would be finished to match the exiting wall.

### Planning Status

The application site is located within an area identified as being residential by the Peel Local Plan.

### Planning History

The following previous planning applications are considered relevant in the assessment and determination of this application:

10/01743/B and 10/01744/B propose the same development on four other properties on the estate.

### Representations

The Highways Division does not object to this application. Peel Town Commissioners are the owners of the properties and do not object to the application.

ASSESSMENT There would be no unacceptable adverse impact upon public or private amenity arising from this application.

RECOMMENDATION Permit.

PARTY STATUS It is considered that the following parties, who submitted comments, accord with the requirements of Planning Circular 1/06 and are therefore, afforded Interested Party Status:

Accordingly the following parties are not granted Interested Party Status:
