### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the blocking up of side elevation door ways, 1 and 2 Reayrt Aalin, Peel as shown by REF 1, REF 2, PHOTOS X 3, 715121 and 715122 all received 25th November 2010.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
