## The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005

**Name:** Mr Mark Crellin **Proposal:** Installation of replacement windows to front, side and rear elevations **at:** 50 - 52 Murrays Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 3HW

The purpose of this work was to provide a new, improved, and improved solution to the problem. The project was completed on 10th January 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows and doors, as shown in the submitted drawing titled "Proposed Replacement Windows", date stamped 10th November 2010.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
