Dear Secretary,

Re: P.A.

- I have no idea why this small, tatty, basic, miserable little building has been Registered, but presumably it has some historic merit to warrant the registration.
- However, I fail to see how its demolition and removal (and presumably redevelopment of the site) can enhance or benefit the purpose of Registration.

I have only a professional interest in the application and site.

Yours faithfully,

G A Clark,
Bachelor of Town Planning
