### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This permission relates to the retention of a covered storage facility and oil tank as shown in drawing numbers PD-001, PD-002, PD-003, PD-004 and PD-005 date stamped 25th August 2010.

2. The roof of the covered storage facility shall not be used as a roof terrace at anytime.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
