#### The Site

The site defined in red represents the footprint of a proposed dwelling which will sit within a larger area, defined in blue, which represents the curtilage of an existing dwelling, Knock Rushen House which lies at the south western end of Queen Street, to the south of Castletown town centre. The existing dwelling sits on the north eastern half of the site along with a detached garage and paved parking area. The other half of the site is lawned with trees at the south western edge of the site.
