## Reasons For Refusal

Application Ref No: 99/01746/B

1. The patio area over the proposed flat roof extension would lead to an unacceptable level of overlooking to occupiers of adjacent dwellings on Queen Street to the detriment of the level of residential amenity enjoyed by occupiers of those dwellings.
