Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meetings on the 18th September and the 9th October 2007.

PA07 01574 - Mrs B Cowley - Erection of a conservatory to rear elevation - 24 Ballamillaghyn, Union Mills

The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.

PA07 01597 - Union Mills Football Club - Alteration of existing ground levels to create additional sports pitches - UMFC Clubhouse, Garey Mooar

The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application subject to a fence being erected along the boundary with Abbey View.

PA07 01619 - Mr T O'Hare - Installation of pitched roof to replace existing flat roofs and new sliding door to front elevation - Ballaquine House, West Baldwin.

The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application. PA07 001623 - Corlett Sons & Cowley - Installation of roof lights - Old Chapel, Main Road, Union Mills The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application. PA07/01683 - Manx Gas Ltd - Erection of water storage tank - Gas Plant, Peel Road Industrial Estate, Braddan The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application. PA07/001728 - Mr and Mrs C A Cottier - Provide an additional bedroom with ensuite over existing garage - 4 Clybane Close, Farmhill, Braddan. The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application. PA07/001735 - Mr H Lloyd Jones - Two storey extension on side elevation - Thie ny Biljyn, Cronk Lane, Cronk Road, Braddan. The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application. PA07/001729 - Island Express Ltd - Change of use from warehouse & light industrial

to warehouse & wholesale depot with
installation of mezzanine floor & trade counter - Unit 48, Spring Valley Industrial
Estate, Braddan.

The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.

The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.

PA07/01712 - Maxcal Investments Ltd - Erection of 2 detached residential dwellings -
Land adjacent Woodville, Old Castletown
Road, Braddan.

The Commissioners would object to the planning application on the grounds that the site
was not zoned for development and the
development would constitute built development in open countryside.
