In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 29 January 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 06 0012 01 REV A and 2588/2 all received on 30th November 2006.

3. All windows must be sliding sash on the following elevations:
a) south western and north western elevations of main house.

b) central dormer window on garage block and lower windows on south eastern elevation of garage block. c) south western elevation of the link. d) three dormers windows on south west elevation of main house.

4. The first floor window on the north western elevation of the rear extension must be fitted with obscured glass.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
