In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 8 December 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This permission relates to refurbishment and alterations to the existing office building as shown in drawing numbers P-01, P-02, P-03, P-04 and P-05 date stamped 16th October 2006.

3. Prior to the commencement of the works, samples of the facing materials to be used shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and these works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
