The site accommodates a range of relatively recently built industrial units (see planning history). #### Planning Status The site lies within an area designated on the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 as Industrial. #### Planning History PA 90/1747 - a) use of land for storage of plant and machinery and b) erection of boundary fence - both permitted
PA 01/1739 - erection of workshop and storage units - permitted
