#### Site

The dwelling Fy-Yerrey, 11 Albert Street, Ramsey is a three storey terraced property (mid terrace), located on the northern side of Albert Street.

#### Land Use Zoning

The property has been zoned under the Ramsey Local Plan Order 1998 as being in a mixed use (town centre); the site is not within a Conservation Area.

#### Proposal

The application proposes the installation of UPVC casement windows to replace existing to front elevation.

#### Representations

Ramsey Town Commissioners - No Objection

Highways Division – No Objection

We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application.

### Assessment / recommendation

The site is not within a Conservation Area and therefore the proposal to install uPVC sliding sash windows to the front elevation would be acceptable.

For this reason the proposal would seem appropriate in this location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.

I consider that the following meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should be afforded interested party status:
