We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application. ### Assessment / recommendation The existing windows are in part timber sliding sash windows but mostly timber top hung windows. Although sliding sash design would be preferable, I consider the proposed windows would be more appropriate than the existing casement windows and therefore the proposal would seem appropriate in this location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
