In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to drawing no.s 01/1894/02-01C, 01/1894/02-02D and 01/1894/02-03A date stamped the 17th July 2006 and drawing no. 01/1894/01-02E date stamped the 15th August 2006.

NOTE The applicant/developer is advised that the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection within the development.

NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to contact the Isle of Man Water Authority to discuss the provision or change of any water supply.

NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to contact the Manx Electricity Authority to discuss the provision or change of any electrical supply.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
