The new windows are to be a replication of the existing but in plastic, as are the majority of the windows in the main body of the building. Also to be replaced are a series of 5 small basement windows. Also proposed is the replacement of the existing metal gate with a wooden one with a ship's wheel integrated. This is a little quirky but has a nautical theme associated with the sea-side location of the property. These views are shared by the Conservation Officer. ### Party Status Manx Electricity Authority is a statutory authority and as such should be afforded party status in this instance.
