In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing 600608-01 all received on 6th April 2006.

3. As the property is within Windsor Road Conservation Area, the Planning Approval hereby given includes that any replacement window must include the exact glazing bar configuration for that particular existing window.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Department's Conservation Officer to discuss the availability of grant assistance towards refurbishment (up to 50%) or replacement in painted timber (up to 45%).

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
