06/1445 Supplementary Report by Senior Planning Officer 1. Having regard to (a) the fact that the immediately adjoining building is of traditional masonry, and thus contains any noise arising from its use; (b) the residential properties opposite the site; and (c) the "self-policing" effect of having the dwelling occupied only by the operator of the workshop; I judge that the use would be acceptable, subject to a condition embodying "(c)" above. 2. The appearance is appropriately characterful. 3. I recommend not only an additional condition as above, but revision of draft conditions (3) and (4). See page 2. Brain. (3) Carparking space number (2) as indicated on the submitted drawings must be reserved for use exclusively in association with the proposed dwelling. (4) SCG + Note [after the Note]; the developer's attention is drawn to the written comments from the Drainage Services Manager, a copy of which is attached hereto. (5) The proposed dwelling may be occupied only by the operator and family of the ground-floor workshop.
