#### Description Of Application Site

- The application site is the new prison site which is currently under construction at Jurby Airfield.

#### Proposal

- The proposal is to install a temporary septic tank

## Issues

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This permission relates to the installation of a temporary septic tank as shown in drawing numbers Ex (9-) 077; Ex (9-) 078 date received 7th December 2005 and Fax from McGarrigle & Jackson dated 9th December 2005

C 3. Within 1 month of the completion of the new prison, the septic tank shall be removed from the site.

I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular Nos 44/05 (Delegation of Functions to Director of Planning and Building Control) and 47/05 (Delegation of Functions to Senior Planning Officer)
