#### Description Of Application Site

- The application site is within a field No. 110275. This field is set to the rear of Ballamoar Farmhouse, Cranstal
- The site is located within an area of high landscape or coastal value and scenic significance.

#### Proposal

- The proposal is to erect a polytunnel which will be 9m x 12m

- 99/02156/A - Approval in principle to convert existing outbuilding into dwelling with associated garage and garden facilities – granted 27.04.2000

### Issues
- In respect of the impact on the locality, the polytunnel would be located in a slight depression within the landscape. This is to protect the structure from high winds. The tunnel is set well back from the public highway. There are no public rights of way in the vicinity of the application site. I do not consider the proposal would adversely affect the character or appearance of the area.

### Conclusion
I therefore recommend that permission be granted subject to conditions in the attached schedule.

I consider that the following should be granted party status due to them being a Statutory Consultee:
